Mr. Miles has a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia. He has more than 25 years' experience in finance and was formerly a Vice President of Midland Doherty Inc., Dean Witter Reynolds, and CIBC World Markets. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Sanatana Resources Inc., Mr. Miles was an advisor to a number of public and private companies, primarily in the natural resource sector including Roughrider Uranium Inc. At a private stage, Mr. Miles financed Roughrider and was later instrumental in Hathor Exploration Inc.'s acquisition of Roughrider. Hathor was acquired by Rio Tinto plc in 2011 for $654 million. Mr. Miles is a Director of Gamehost Inc., Western Potash Corp., and The Vancouver Aquarium and Marine Science Centre, and is the founder of Sanatana Resources Inc.
Edward Marlow

Mr. Marlow, former Managing Director Principal Investments Emerging Markets at HSBC, has also worked at Insinger de Beaufort, UBS and Citigroup and served as a British Army Officer. He holds an MBA from Cranfield University and a post-graduate certificate in Law. Mr. Marlow is the Chairman and CEO of African Potash Limited and was formerly a Non-executive Director of ESO Uranium Corp and Kopane Diamonds plc. He is resident in London, United Kingdom.
Buddy Doyle
Vice President Exploration and Director
As head of Sanatana's exploration team, Mr. Doyle's experience includes more than 25 years in the gold and mineral exploration industry. He has been involved in numerous gold projects in the past including the position of senior project geologist on the over-30 million ounce Lihir gold discovery, now a mine, in Papua New Guinea. Using the knowledge gained from Lihir (epithermal gold), he discovered three gold prospects with over 50 gram-metre intercepts which all now form the basis of ASX junior portfolios. He also runs a gold junior focused in Brazil that has global resources of 1.6 million ounces and a project in the pre-feasibility stage. Mr. Doyle has enjoyed exploration success in other sectors. He led the team that discovered the currently producing Diavik/Aber Diamond mine and was Vice President of Exploration for North American Diamonds with a division of Rio Tinto, for 12 years. He is also a founder and board member of Western Potash Corp., a company with a potash resource in the pre-feasibility stage. Mr. Doyle meets the requirements of a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
Dr. Nicholas Archibald
Non-executive Director
Nick Archibald is a geologist with more than 35 years of minerals industry experience. During the course of his career, he trained as a field-based structural geologist/metamorphic petrologist, has a BSc Hons from James Cook University and a PhD from University of Western Australia and completed a Research Fellowship at Monash University in Australia. He worked for numerous mineral exploration during the 1980's. In 1991, he founded Fractal Graphics, a Western Australia based consultancy that in 2001 won the Goldcorp Challenge. Fractal Graphics was subsequently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2005 as Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. and Dr. Archibald served as Chief Executive Officer until 2008. Dr. Archibald is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (Chartered Professional), the Society of Economic Geologists and Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He was elected a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering in 2007.
